We currently only ship within the 50 U.S. states. At this time, we’re unable to ship to Puerto Rico or any U.S. territories. 

Shipping

• Once your order is placed we will  process it in the next 2 business days.
• We ship Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
• Standard  shipping methods typically delivered  between 2-7 business days. 
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup 

• We offer free local pick up in New Braunfels, Tx. and surrounding areas.

Exchanges

Item is too big or small?  Don't worry we now offer exchanges. Please have your order number and send us an email to mexiboutique.tx@gmail.com to get started.  

Once you submit your request, we will review it and will send you a notification via email.  Please submit an exchange request within 15 days of purchasing. 

Returns

We hope that you love all your purchases from Mexiboutique.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.

keep in mind that all handmade items may not be perfect due to the uniqueness and handmade quality, all measurements are not exact and some imperfections may be present in the creation process....

• We accept returns within 15 days of your shipping date.
• For a full refund to your original payment method, the items must be unworn with the original tags attached, and the item must not be marked as final sale.
• Sale items are Final Sale.
• Damaged items must be reported within two days of delivery, please email us at mexiboutique.tx@gmail.com

• All merchandise purchased with a coupon or discount are Final Sale.
• We are not responsible for lost or return packages in the mail.
• Please email us at mexiboutique.tx@gmail.com for a return request.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges, we advise to add tracking number to your return.
• Once we receive your return we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
•          Depending on your banking institution, refund processing times vary,             and we appreciate your patience while this reflects on your account.
